At Aromace Luxe, every candle is handcrafted with love and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We take full responsibility if your order arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging

We will assess the damage and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No product needs to be returned — we resolve all damage claims based on photo evidence only.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference
- Incorrect quantity ordered
- Customised or personalised orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Opened gift sets
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order only. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
If a refund is approved for a damaged item, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
